One on One Training (Personal work: Shooting, Ball-handling or Post work)

Partner Training (2 to 3 Players: Guard and Post Skill Work and Scrimmaging)

Small Group (4 to 6 Players: Guard and Post skill work and Scrimmaging)

Medium Group (7 to 9 Players: Ball-handling, Shooting and Scrimmaging)

Large Group (10 to 12 Players: Ball-handling, Shooting, Defensive Footwork & Agility)

Complete Teams (up to 15 Players: varsity
practice style workout, tailored to your team)
